RCX South Africa (Pty) Ltd. By using our website or purchasing from us, you agree to the terms and policies below. They are aligned with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) of South Africa. Please read them carefully; if you do not agree, you should not use our services.

Personal data and privacy

We are committed to protecting your personal information. Your data is only used to process your order and improve your experience on our website. It is not shared with third parties unless we are legally required to.

Accounts and service use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion if there is a breach of our terms, or to maintain the integrity of our service.

Shipping policy

We ship from Centurion, South Africa, once payment has cleared. Delivery times depend on your location and courier availability: city centres 1 to 3 working days, outlying areas 1 to 5 working days. Delays can occur in high-volume periods, during promotions and over public holidays, or for reasons beyond our control.

Choose your shipping option at checkout and note any special requests on your order. It is your responsibility to make sure the delivery address is correct.

RCX South Africa (Pty) Ltd. is not liable for delays once parcels are handed to the courier, or for damage in transit — but all items are packed securely, and we will help with tracking, updates and courier claims.

Returns and warranty

In line with the CPA, you may return goods within 7 days of receiving them, provided they are unused, in their original packaging and in resaleable condition.

General merchandise carries a 7-day limited warranty. Electronics, batteries and engines are sold as-is. Returns or exchanges must be arranged with us as soon as possible, and are inspected before any replacement or refund is processed.

Refunds

Refunds are made to the original payment method where possible. Please allow up to 7 working days for a refund to reflect, depending on your payment provider and bank.

No refunds are issued for goods that are used, damaged or not returned in original condition. Clearance items are final sale.

Out of stock and supplier issues

If a product is unavailable because of supplier stock issues, we will offer a suitable alternative or refund you within 2 to 4 working days — the choice is yours.

Discounts and promotions

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Promotional discounts apply to product prices only and exclude delivery charges.

Repairs

Items not collected within 30 days of repair completion or quotation approval are considered abandoned; after two contact attempts they may be sold to recover costs.

RCX South Africa (Pty) Ltd. is not liable for loss or damage due to theft, fire, break-ins or other causes beyond our control.

General legal terms

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, and any legal dispute is resolved under the jurisdiction of South African courts. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of our website means you accept the changes.
